Regional Managers are responsible for 4-7 restaurants. Also, responsible for achieving planned sales and profit levels for the region through the implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards. Provide direction to Restaurant General Managers, ensuring execution of all employee duties to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment. Regional Managers Key Qualifications : Excellent communication, leadership and guest service skills. At least three to five years prior multi unit experience in a similar type of restaurant concept preferred.
