We’re passionate about what goes into our pies. We didn’t get famous for our mouth-watering pies by having someone else bake them. Each pie we serve here at Marie Callender’s is “hand-crafted” and baked in our ovens just a few feet from where you make your purchase. Our expert bakers rise before the sun to start forming our flaky crusts, whipping our fresh cream and slicing a variety of seasonal fresh fruit. During busy Holiday seasons, we’re literally baking around the clock to ensure the freshness of every single order. The key to our success is in our ingredients. That’s why we still use fresh dairy milk, heavy cream, real eggs and our signature pie shortening. It’s why we buy our fruit from renowned, conscientious growers and it’s why many of our bakers have been with us for over 30 years.
